My name is Shannon Burt and I am the current PR Director for the Forney Youth Association. We recently used All Around Amusements for our Opening Day activities and I have to say that they provide a fabulous service. Their staff is very careful to make certain that everything is done to your expectations. We will definitely use them again. Forney also used their service for the Forney Hometown Christmas. Their 4 story slide is fun for all ages. Although it seems to be expensive, you do get at least two staff members along with the slide itself and it was a big hit at both of our events.
Randall and Terri are great to work with. We had to re-schedule the event due to rain and they were great to work with us.

I am writing in reference to All Around Amusements.
I am the Director of Child Care Programs at McKinney ISD, McKinney, Texas.
We use All Around Amusements as our only provider for children's amusement activities.
I have always been impressed with their promptness, professionalism and attention to detail!

I can be a very picky customer and have been known to change an order, ask for an order at the last minute and also - ask for things to be moved to a different location - the staff members of All Around Amusements have always been ready to go and aim to please.

Our students love their items, especially their slides and food machines (i.e. cotton candy). We use the company for an annual event of over 5,000 people, which was flawless in the children's amusement activities!!! We received many compliments and owe that to All Around Amusements!

In addition, I have also used them for my child's birthday parties and end of the school year parties, they were fabulous!
I can't say enough positives, as I have never had one complaint or problem.

Hi Terri, We have used that purple dragon several times for parties and it
really is the best bouncer I have used! The kids are so entertained in
that! We love it! The service set up and take down was great. I reallly
appreciated the phone call to say he was running just a bit late. It is so
stressful with parties, and that was very nice. He even waited 10 minutes
for the pick-up to let the kids have just a bit more time to play. Even
they came in and said "That man is so nice!" Thank you so much. Everyone
at your company I have talked to is very friendly and professional. We will
definitely use you again!

The event was wonderful... thank you for providing such great service to
us! The two young gentlemen that picked up the bounce houses from the
Granite Park location were great! They helped us pick up the trash
boxes around the walk site in their truck and get them to the
dumpster... they were wonderful! It is so nice to have people so
willing to help out... they did not have to do that, but they wanted to!
That is what I call wonderful customer service! Thank you for being so
awesome and please pass along my thanks to the too guys that saved us
from carrying those boxes!

Our event was a success yesterday. Our kids and families really enjoyed the inflatables and the train. Dustin and his crew did a great job, driving the train and manning the inflatables. They were very respectful and helpful. Thanks for sending them. And your inflatables were safe and clean. I really appreciate you and the quality of your equipment and the kind of guys you employ. Being a church and planning family events, it is imperative that our families feel that they can trust the companies we use. You have certainly met those requirements thus far.

Dustin was great! He came early but it turned out that we needed the time
when we discovered the extension cord would not reach the location I thought
it needed to plug into. I'm glad to know that a bounce house can plug into
the pool outlets. I'll put it in my notes with social rentals:)

All of the kids (& EVERYONE fro the matter) was very complementary of him !! (GREAT ATTITUDE, POLITE, ETC...). I too, enjoyed having the chance to meet him & visit with him.

Everyone LOVED the Dunk Tank. I don't think there was one dry person. The dunk tank is something that everyone can do, not just the small kids. If the little ones wanted to be dunked, we put an older child in the tank to help them. They just loved it so much. They didn't want to quit... Thank You,
