How far in advance do I have to book my rental?
We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible. The further in advance you book your bouncer, the greater possibility of booking your first choice.

What is the minimum or maximum amount of time I can book a bouncer?
Well, that depends on the day of the week! Due to the popularity of our Themed Bounce Houses the rental time on Saturdays and Sundays is 4 hours, if the unit is not double booked the day of your party and you need extra time just let us know. On the weekdays our rental time 6-8 hours.

Can I pick up my bouncer and set it up myself?
No. Our prices are inclusive of delivery, complete setup, and pickup. Installation is provided by our trained professional staff. They will set up the rental in the most professional and safe manner possible - free delivery to Plano, Allen, Richardson, Frisco, McKinney and the Colony. A delivery charge will be added to other areas.

What kind of surface is needed for the installation of the bouncer?
We can install your bouncer on almost all semi-hard surfaces such as grass, concrete, asphalt, small pea gravel, etc. The area must be as flat as possible with only gradual slopes allowed. If the installation site is grass, we ask that you "please clean up after Fido" in the location!

How much room is needed to setup the bounce house?
An 18'x18' area should be plenty of room. There also need to be around 18' of clearing height on most bounce houses.

Do you rent anything other than bounce houses?
Yes. We have all kinds of interactive, fun games such as as a 3-in-1 combo slide/climb/jumper, water slides and dry slides. Check out our Bouncers Listing for some of our most popular items! Are they safe?
Our bounce houses and mazes are constructed and setup to be as safe as possible. An adult should supervise all play. Our bounce houses are covered for weather protection, have netting on all walls to allow for visibility and air circulation and have a ramp for easier entry and exit.

How many kids can play at once?
The bounce houses can accommodate six to seven children of the same size. Chaperones should limit the number of larger children.

What is your rain policy?
Due to the electrocution hazards and increased possibility of injuries, our units will not be installed or used in any weather that will get our bouncers wet.

Do you rent sno-cone, popcorn or cotton candy machines?
Yes, we offer a Popcorn, Sno-Cone and Cotton Candy Machines which can be viewed on the Other Rentals Page of this website.

Do I need any special equipment to setup?
We come equipped with all the necessary equipment: extension cords, tarps, etc. The blower(s) run off a standard 110-volt outlet, which must be within 50 feet of where you would like the bounce house or maze setup. We do ask that you have the area where you want the bounce house or maze setup clean of rocks and other sharp objects.

How do the bounce houses and mazes stay operating?
They stay blown up by a blower that is fully enclosed to prevent injuries.

Can they be setup indoors?
Yes, bounce houses and mazes can be setup indoors provided there is enough ceiling clearance. Gyms, auditoriums and other large halls are perfect. Call for more information about dimensions.

What areas do you deliver to and is there a delivery charge?
We offer free delivery to Frisco, Allen, Plano, Richardson, The Colony, McKinney, Little Elm and Prosper. All Other areas please call for quote.

Safety Rules
- Adult supervision of all children is required at all times.
- Bounce houses are designed for children.
- Children in jump houses should be close in age.
- Divide children by ages and give each group their own time to bounce, jump or slide in our jump bounce houses and slides.
- Remove shoes before using jump bounce house, or slides.
- Keep all sharp objects away from inflatable units.
- Keep all pets away from inflatable jump bounce houses, and slide units.
- Keep all food, drinks and snacks away from bounce houses.
- Stay out of jump bounce houses and slides in strong wind or thunderstorms.

Bounce House Plannning
- Turn off all sprinklers including under ground sprinklers.
- Adult supervision of all children is required at all times.
- Bounce houses need an electrical source, generators are available for an extra charge.
- Keep all unnecessary electric wires and cables away from jump houses.
- Plan a spot in a grassy area away from your house meters.
- Provide water for thirsty bouncers to drink outside of jump house.
- Plan a food, drink and snack area a safe distance away from jump houses.
- Keep all party toys such as 'silly string' and other toys away from bounce houses and slides.
